We haul away junk you no longer want or need. We can take away junk left
over from construction projects, home renovations, or any items you want to dispose of.
2) What kind of items can you haul away?
Just about anything that is non-hazardous. Yard waste, old furniture,
construction debris. You name it and we can probably haul it away!

3) Do you have a license for this
kind of work?
Yes.
4) Can you tell me what it is
going to cost before you come to my residence?
Pricing is based on the amount and what you have. We are not able
to give you a quote until we are able to see what you have. We can book a time with you and go over the
pricing. The driver can also give you a quote when they arrive.
5) How much do you charge? We
are currently running a special $25.00 off half loads and $50.00 off full loads!
Our truck beds are 14 feet long, 7 1/2 feet wide and 4 feet high. Many of our customers only use 1/3 of
a truckload.

6) Is there a fee for extra heavy items? No
7) Is there an charge extra for home appliances? Because
appliances require special handling at your local landfill, the fee for these items is passed onto you (added to the overall
load price). Refrigerators are $12.50. Microwaves, stoves, washers and dryers are $9.00 each. Rest assured, we will not charge
any more than what the dump charges us.
8) When is the best time to schedule an appointment?
As soon as
you're able. Time slots go fast, so we recommend you do it immediately.
9) Are appointments booked every few hours? Yes.
This allows the driver
time to call you 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the job to give you a firm arrival time.
10) Why should I use your service over others? Time and time again our
customers tell us they feel they saved money using our service because we were the most reliable and offered the best rate.
When we load your junk into our trucks we do our best to arrange items tightly and safely to save you money. It is not uncommon
to hear from our clients that other service providers did not return calls or simply did not show up to do the work.
11) Will you do the job for me if I am not there? We like you
to be there when we arrive. We will give you a courtesy call 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the job to let you know
we are coming.
12) Can the job be done later
in the day or after hours?
Please feel free to call us to let us know the circumstances. We will
be happy to discuss your options. We have to consider if it is unsafe for our drivers to operate after hours.
Sometimes special arrangements can be made.
13) What
do you do with the junk? Most of the junk goes to your local landfill and we try to recycle the rest. Some can
be donated to local charities.
14) Why aren't
you able to take hazardous waste?
We are not licensed to carry anything hazardous. We recommend you
call your local waste management for help.
15) Can
you move items from one location to another?
We are not licensed for moving.
16) Why do you charge?
We work hard to load your items and do the necessary
clean up to take your junk to the landfill. We are charged at the dump to dispose of your items.
17) What types of tools does your truck team come with?
One
or two strong and efficient people, sledge hammers, rakes, sometimes a dolly or wheelbarrow. Skidsteer, loaders and dumpsters
available.
18) Why is it better to use your
service rather than renting a dumpster?
We do all of the hard work and make sure the job site is cleaned to your ultimate
satisfaction. We charge based on volume items take up in our 16,20,30 cubic yard truck. Dumpsters can stay on your
property much longer that what it takes for us to get the job done, plus you do all the loading when you rent a dumpster.
Dumpster companies also require you to pay for the entire volume of the dumpster, no matter how much you fill.
